Our aim is to create an interactive video service simulating a job interview that will facilitate the process of finding employment and simplify the selection of suitable candidates. A candidate will by means of an application respond to predefined questions/suggestions of a job offering person. A computer with webcam and with the access to the internet will be sufficient during the whole process. A record along with a CV will be then forwarded to potential employers. This way, we will reduce job search expenses of candidates (travelling, communication) and improve their position (self-presentation) and make new employee selection process more effective for companies.
