swapnito je projektom, ktorý organizuje udalosti s cieľom zmeniť konzumné návyky v meste Piešťany. Počas týchto eventov, účastníci môže vymieňať svoje oblečenie, rastliny a knihy, alebo taktiež môžu podporiť jedného z upcyclistov, zakúpením si produktu. „Upcyclista“ je človek, ktorý upravuje alebo opravuje už použité oblečenie. Tým, že ich pozývame na naše udalosti, podporujeme ich podnikanie a taktiež ukazujeme ľuďom, že „použíté“ neznamená „nepoužiteľné“.

Našim cieľom je zmeniť pohľad v oblasti konzumných návykov pomocou organizovania udalostí, ktoré majú jednak ekonomickú, ale aj kultúru pridanú hodnotu.

swapnito is a project that organizes events, aiming at changing consumption patterns in the city of Piešťany. During the events, attendees can exchange clothes, plants, and book, or they also can support one of the „upcyclists“ by purchasing a product. „Upcyclist“ is a person who modifies or repairs used clothes. By inviting them to our events, we both support their entrepreneurship and also show people that „used“ does not mean „useless“.
We aim to change the perception in the area of consumption patterns by organizing events that have both economic and cultural added value.
